Thanks, I looked at them both and I decided I will use the spell one because the melee offers no health regen.
Also, I chose "Draoi Fair" during the Order of the Grook, what should I do if I don't have the dragon eye bracelet?

Yeah just use those and use full cosmic, altum spatium and double myrrh+tear of pirate cove. Put 114 int points and the rest put in defence

Cosmic has a lot of xp bonus.
If you can survive with the cosmic and still kill mobs easily you certainly can use the cosmic one.
If you want to fight better this one should be better
