The Dark Descent Bugged Out

I started the Dark Descent quest and right at the end of it while talking to Graken my internet died and I disconnected from the server. The quest says to return the eye to him, but I don't have it anymore since it was consumed when talking to him the first time around. If I talk to him know, he asks if I've been to the house yet. If I go to the house everything works fine then once I get into the other world, none of the cutscenes happen, which unfortunately includes the one where the ghost come out the wall and open a path. Essentially, I can't complete this quest and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried reconnecting and using /kill, but nothing works. Should I make a support ticket?

 

We've fixed this for the next update, no need to post a new report.
However, if you encounter other issues please do post bug reports (just make sure to check if anyone reported it already)
