The Envoy Part Ii Bug

So i have a problem with quest called The Envoy Part II. I completed all tasks, then at the end, where i need to meet with Maxie outside at Fallen Factory, i talk to him and instead of normal dialogue , he says ,,We need to stop the Factory.,, And the quest doesn't end. I tried to re connect many times, it doesn't help. Please help me.

Its says Find Maxie outside the Factory [*Coordinates*]

 

Then you might be missing the Corkian's Facory Key (untradable item dropped by the Mech X). I can't think of anything else.

I posted and deleted this message a few times because it doesn't show on my computer properly. It might be there multiple times now.

 

After i killed Mech X , i gave Maxie the key. Then quest book updated and i went to Factory to complete quest. But i can't complete quest for some reason.
When im clicking on Maxie , he said We need to stop the Factory. Instead of normal dialogue.
