Minimum Lvl On Fabled/mythic Items ?

Hello :)
I wanted to know if there is a minimum lvl on fabled/mythic items on wynncraft since neither me or my friends ever found one.
I thought that having a fabled/mythic item lvl 1 didn't really make sense so this question come to me ^^'

Lowest level mythic is level 65 wand called "pure". There are a few low level mythics in the range of 65-81, then the higher level mythics are past 90 (with exception of discoverer, at lvl89)

The only one I got is from a quest in Almuj

 

That's the lowest level Fabled. The lowest level lootable Fabled is level 40.

Does someone know if there's already fabled/mythic reliks ? I don't know if there is such powerful weapons since shaman is a new class.
