Quest Bug

So, I was playing on my lv 72 archer and I was doing the 'Grand Youth' quest. But the server was resetting and I thought I could finish it in time. So I talked to the last NPC, I think his name was Monte, and tried to skip till the fourth text line to end it but I had my bow in my ahnd and it wouldnt work. it was at line 3/4 I got placed in the lobby bcs of the restart. When I rejoined, I couldnt click on the NPC Monte anymore so I coulnt end the quest while in my quest book it tells it's an active quest. It says I need an item that I already gave to Monte.
Can someone help fixing this? It's quite anoying if it will be active in my quest book forever..

 

Can you get another of whatever item you had to give to him and see if that works? Or have you tried /fixquests to see if you can get the item back and give it to him?
