Speed Pots?

So i am new to wynncraft (shaman 25) and have played only for 3 days, but while i played, near trade market i sometimes got splashed with speed, i did some research, i know speed pots dont exist but i saw something similar. Speed lasts for 3 minutes and i would like to make it myself, if anyone, hopefully reading this, knows how to make those splashes (cooking, brewing...) please tell me.

 

what you were getting was the speed boost from an archer using escape spell nearby.

So it lasts 3 minutes? I think i read something similar but... do you need to be close to another archer to get that buff or do you get speed when activated no matter where?

 

you have to be within like 5-10 blocks of the archer when they cast escape, and yeah it always lasts 3 minutes
