The Silent Expanse (also called the road to dern) (SE for short), is a blocked off part of Wynn that is host to a mysterious force called "Darkness"



It's very dark........


The Silent Expanse is host to a wide range of environments, such as The Ruined City of the Salamander People, a forest with eyeballs for leaves, the toxic wastes, the only territory that Atlas Inc. cares about, and the Portal area...




At the very end of the Silent Expanse lies The Eye..... Watching from the top of the Eldritch Outlook.....



(that thing below it is the eldritch outlook)

The Eye is an incredibly powerful being... fighting him always proves to be the ultimate test of power in this world...

Beyond the Eldritch Outlook lies the Portal to Dern...
What is Dern you ask?
It's a dark place...
With dark things....

at the darkest of times......



That person below the portal is known as.... Actually, I'm not quite sure. He is simply the guy at the portal. After defeating the eye, this entity will reward you with the final quest in the game so far; an end that shall bring an end.



The Silent Expanse has a deep and complex history.... that got completely wiped out.. But we still know some things!!

For example; the Miners of Lutho.

These guys went looking for emeralds inside of the expanse... and got trapped inside of the expanse.



Then, one day, they settled in Lutho...
In Lutho, a monolith suddenly appeared, and it protected them from the insanity of the darkness around them...




Now on to the Eye...

Once upon a time, a ghastly monster decided to wage war on Wynn.. in order to help this speed along, he pulled out his eye and put it on top of the Eldritch Outlook.



Which brings us to the present day

That's about it, i'm guessing.
