I take a step back (no opportunity attack because swarms only have a 0 foot reach) and cast Scorching Ray.

Targeting the skeletal swarm attacking Kyleas:

Ray 1: 2 + 8 = 10 to hit
Damage: 2 + 5 = 7 fire damage
Ray 2: 18 + 8 = hit
Damage: 1 + 4 = 5 fire damage

Based on what I've been able to intuit about its AC and hit points from what you've said, I believe that kills it?

Targeting the rats attacking Althiaos:

Ray 3: 4 + 8 = 12 to hit
Damage: 3 + 6 = 9 fire damage

End turn.

Yep, skeletal swarm dead. Normal swarm badly hurt.

Heat is up

 

I move past both Caligo and Kyelas and shove the Giant rat back 5 feet before taking its space.
Either a dexterity or strength save to prevent itself from being shoved.
24 being the STR contest and 19 being DEX.

If it succeeds, Heat stands in between the swarm and the giant rat. He extends his arms towards both enemies and makes a tense grasp with his hands signaling thin black, spiny tethers to extend forth from between his armor plates. They stick to them oppressively. (Sentinel feat flavored)

If either of the enemies moves out of Heat's 5ft range and provokes an opportunity attack from him(regardless of the disengage action), they are vulnerable to a crippling blow that reduces speed to 0. Likewise, if they attack another ally that isn't Heat, they are subject to another attack (if Heat uses a reaction).

I assume you are squeezing through the others to get to the giant rat. You successfully shove it, so I assume you stand where it used to be (since there's no other free location around)? Also which direction do you shove it?

I take out my frost brand and stab the big rat.

To hit: 18 + 6 = 24, which I assume hits
Damage: 3 + 3 DEX + 6 cold = 12 damage.

 

I'll hand her 3 copper.

She takes the money and gives you the cabbage doll

That kills it

I start beating up the other swarm.
Attack 1: 7 + 7 = 14
Attack 2: 18 + 7
Attack 3: 13 + 7


Damage 1: 2+4
Damage 2: 6+4
Damage3: 5+4

Total damage: 25
I pick up some rats in between stomps and press my thumbs into the napes of their necks to kill them.

 

Yep that kills them.

All the rats in this area are dead. Do you move before ending your turn?
