Shaman/Skyseer Help Slow Attack Speed Warring Build?

I never bothered learning how to click fast and quite honestly it hurts my hand. That's why I like archer, I can just hold down the button, but not with shaman. I want a build with a slowish attack speed for shaman, maybe some good defense and a high melee attack that would be good for warring.

As far as pricing goes, something not TOO expensive. Crafted items are fine, fabled are fine, legendary are fine, but for the love of god no mythics or insanely difficult to obtain/expensive items. I am broke, thank you very much. Thank you for any feedback or build ideas c:

I wanted to make my Warrior usable for wars too but couldn't come up with anything.

I'd preferably have really high health regen or lifesteal so I don't have to carry potions with me.

Honestly both of these requests sounded like Heavy Melee to me, but if you don't like that playstyle I can try making a different build.

https://wynndata.tk/s/ir695j - Silent Night Heavy Melee, imo, spellspam shaman might be better for wars since you have good AoEs, so I might include a build that does that as well. You can swap out Silent Night for a defensive-based item if you want, maybe Sigil of Resistance or Yol.

https://wynndata.tk/s/02tiny - Very basic EWF Cryoseism build. If you can't stand time rift's shenanigans with sorcery (I don't blame you, I refuse to use it myself), then swap that out for Stillwater Blue and Moon pool for yang.

https://wynndata.tk/s/olhfvq - For Astha, Unkillable Praesidium Heavy Melee. There's an argument to be made to swap out Taurus for Gaping Cavity if you want more lifesteal, since there's already so much health/ehp with this build.

As for shaman in wars, if you don't want tierstack melee, you should go to the polar opposite, heavy melee (like Klocifer said). Other options are spell steal or hybrid.

Since Klocifer already provided a heavy melee build, here's an example of a shaman spell steal build: https://wynndata.tk/s/aqp6wg. It also has 100+% exploding as an extra bonus that may (?) help with taking out a group of mobs in guild wars if shaman's CC doesn't completely take care of that.
