The Envoy Part 2 Issue

So this was over multiple sessions, and that might be why I cannot progress, but my questlog says "Retrieve the key from the base." If it refers to the Avos Factory key, I have that. At the building with the buttoned door at -1350 -2400, it says I need to interact with the catapult and talk with the grandmaster. I think I've done that, and I have also killed the dragon dude in the pryamid behind the Grandmaster and yeah. If i talk to the grandmaster, he says something along the lines of "stop bothering me can't you humans see im studying?"

If someone could help me out, or just progress me to the point where I can access the building that would be FANTASTIC

 

There's two ways you can deal with this:
1) Get someone to open the door for you.
2) Use your movement spell to find an opening on the second floor of the building, which will let you in. You are looking for fence gates creating a cage around a button.
