I Threw An Essential Quest Item Away And Can't Get It Back. What Do I Do?

    I threw an essential quest item (a rod) away while doing the "Frost Bite" quest and had a full inventory. I'm stuck at stage 7 of Frost Bite now and can't get the item back. I've also tried the /fixquests command but that doesn't give rod back. Can I contact an admin about it somehow because I want to finish the quest?
