    Everything was fine until I delivered the staff to the mage and the portal didn't appear so I did /class /kill and nothing worked, So I decided to walk to the area where I was supposed to be teleported and still cant enter the door, and cant progress with the quest. please help

    It happened when the portal was supposed to open, but no portal opened and I got stuck at that area

    Try returning to Telvu with the staff. Sometimes the portal just doesn't open or despawns before you can enter it, so you kind of have to deal with this with brute force.
