    I died while trying to destroy the 4 organs, but I can't get back. I tried pouring lava on Axelus again and getting shot out of the cannon, but it won't teleport me. Help?? I tried switching servers too, nothing.

    Go back to the portal in the Upper Molten Heights. You should be teleported back in front of Garaheth, if I remember correctly.
