Hey Sorry to be a pain but any chance i can get Builds for Shaman HIC
lvls
10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, endgame

 

Not a pain at all, that is what this thread is for.

But it would be great if you could specify what type of builds you want: spell/melee, glass cannon (probably not this)/tank, which element, etc.

 

I saw a Level 96 wand in the Trademarket that other day that had +52% Spell Damage and +23 Intelliegence with around 220 Durability. It also had two minor debuffs to main attack damage and an elemental defense (I can't recall which). What would the recipe for this wand be?

Looking for a high damage water bow, if possible. A bit of mana regen would be nice (maybe 2/4-4/4?), but would prefer more damage.
