'Cloud Nine' is very strange item. Odd triple damages with bunch of ele defs.

Ele def don't matter for build using Agility, but it feels like this weapon is saying "Just do it!"

Then let's just do it since I'm also not sure what to do with it. Instead of just boosting damage, let's focus on the usage of 'Element Defenses'.
