Does Any One Have Any Suggestions To Reduce Lag?

It's getting to the point where I grind forever for keys then I enter a dungeon and I get almost to the end and my computer stays at 200 fps as I get stuck in blocks monsters teleport around freeze then I instantly die, it's been a set patter for the last week. I've been searching everywhere I tried playing on the eu server just cause maybe but as expected that was worse. Is there any possible thing? maybe using a vpn that didn't lag that was closer to the servers? I don't know I'll try anything, I have amazing internet I have an upload speed of 600 mbs and download of 125 mbs. my ping in servers like hypixel is amazing but I just can't stop lagging here no matter what I do. I'll try anything.

EDIT: I really like this game, but it's wildly irritating. I just got to the end of a difficult dungeon and used tons of resources but I think you can guess what happened.

 

Where do you live? (Like country wise) and what time are you getting on?

 

U.S. & about 11 am mountain time, but that varies often to pretty much any time from 10 am to 8 pm

 

What version are you using?

 

1.15.2 And I'm using the official badlion client with optifine, but I have tried using the normal mc launcher and lag was not effected.

 

use 1.12.2, its the most stable version for wynncraft
