Holy Jeebus Manebus To Spahgetti Monster, Help Me With Toa

Lords above grant me the sweet release of death from this hell. I am level 40 with kinda outdated gear and I decided "How hard can ToA be?" Well I got my answer, HELL. My first run I got to level 3 where spitting wolves killed me. Then I died to some CUBS. Like if I gotta grind a bit more to try out a build my friend gave me where cause like holy hell to the lords above jeebus manebus this is so difficult allow me to just perish from this madness. Alright after some ranting you got the point, please help

Edit - Yknow what just to add on I hate this whole area of Nesaak. Like I was just catching up on some quests, decided to go to Nesaak for ToA, absolute hell. I had to log out so many times just because I was swarmed with enemies that have go from "Meh I can kill" to "Run for your life and your precious soul points" just AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH someone help me with this tower

 

I’d recommend finishing toa at around lvl 75 for more xp (or so what the wiki says)
