So now, let's talk about the cursed element archetype : ETW


ETW is the very offensive archetype.
It has the massive damage boost, but you don't have any defense/agility that makes build stable.
So it's simply.. 'Glass Cannon'! You need to avoid every attacks as much as you can!

Because of this playstyle, as you can from these videos, it's used for classes like assassin or classes that can do tricky moves to keep them alive.

@highbread have done various ETW challenges through those classes, yet there's a class which he haven't tried yet..




Warrior

It's known as the worst class because of... well let's not write everything, but I'll just say 'weak damage'.
ETW is the offensive element, and warrior is lacking at damage..

What if we just combine them and make..

Sad you never used Namazu, it's really the best spear for these kind of builds.

Also you're right, many people are now doing challenge builds which is great.. except I'll need to actually go and get good to now bring anything new oh god

Spider LI when???

Essentially stack raw spell and spam spell it to death.

For some reason, either a bug (exploitable?) or intended, you can stack multiple scrolls as long as they are different scrolls and not the same one. With this, it may be possible to have 2-3 people with the same build try beating EO/LI. One person will have to be a mage/shaman because there will be no more inventory space left for hp pots though. Solo will still be impossible because the dps of one person is not enough to counter the wrench/LI bosses regen in addition to the amount of hp pots needed unless you craft a weapon and call it spider fangs or something.

 

Ok but to be fair, Thor build was a meta heavy melee build, heavy melee is heavy melee, Sunstar isn't really a challenge, etc

You can have multiple of every consumable, not just scrolls lol

As long as they give different effects you can use 2+ foods/potions/scrolls.
For example, I have 3 foods.
One gives mana Regen and intelligence
One gives health and defense
One gives loot bonus and xp bonus.
I’ll be able to use all 3 at the same time since none of them give the same effect as any of the other 2.
This also works with - stats so if I have 2 foods:

1. Mr and health
2. -health and intelligence

I won’t be able to use both at the same time since they both affect one stat, and that stat being health in this case.
I hope this clears things up.
