    LQ increases the... well, quality of your loot, so you're more likely to see less uniques and rares when running, so it definitely increases profitability and the chance of getting Mythics when running.

    With a good Loot Quality and Loot Bonus Build , you can drop many Legendaries (Also some Mythics I think ^^) So yeah it worth !
