Enchantment Language

Only just found out that the language meant something, anyone else know of this alphabet? also what phrases seen?

There is a book item in game that translates each rune, I believe that you can obtain it by completing the Wynn Plain discoveries.
The runes themselves have been in Minecraft since Enchanting Tables were added, as the particles consist of the runes. Sadly though, they do not mean anything in the Enchantment Table menu and cannot be used to decipher potential enchantments.
