To be fair, there's still some logistics that need to be worked out. For example, the houses you see in the video are actually built BY the player, not from schematics or presets.

 

Would your suggestion still be too intensive for the server to handle then?

Actually a tad annoyed at this, no offense to you but I was trying to write up a plot idea as well but I couldn't find a location for it

Maybe they make a separate area near Fruma for Plots?

Also we could be able to use currently non-usable items like the trees from wynnter fair to gain bonuses? Like yahyah's tree when placed on your plot would increase dropps from mooshrooms?

Plots aren't gonna work like that at all, and in fact are much different.
I won't spoil anything yet, but you can hint on how Housing will work by looking at what the title says ;)
