Any Class Help 400% Walk Speed

Is it possible to get 400% walk speed with just armour and accessories? Crafteds are ofc allowed since it would be impossible without them lol

I was at first going to post it in the Crafting Recipes section but I knew someone was gonna day that it didn’t belong there because it doesn’t necessarily have to use crafted items yada yada yada

good luck on getting perfect rolls on all those crafted items
that can probably be improved but i just threw that together now
could be a lot better if crafted skill points counted towards reqs

 

You can get it without crafted iirc

Well if consumables are allowed you can probably just use regular armor

 

I made this thread to see if there was some way to make a set with 400% ws without mythics, so you could add on a weapon later to make it less tight with the ws on crafted stuff. I forgot to mention in the first post that I didn’t want mythics, but with Excel’s build I improved it a little bit and got this:

Am now searching for a dagger with above 50% ws.
I could just use Slider but I’m 90% sure that you can get a better walk speed dagger using crafteds

 

So is that a no on consumables then? (Crafted or agi pots)
