[help] Missing Quest Item Not Fixed With /fixquests

Hey, I am trying to do Aldorei's Secret Part I, however, I cannot because I do not have Gemstone Dust. I have already completed Lost in the Jungle and have tried doing /fixquests. I have also checked the inventories of my other characters and have used the search function in my vault as well as manually looking through my vault. I can't think of anything else to do. Can someone help?
