Shaman/Skyseer Shaman Hybrid (mythics Are Ok)

Replace Rune of Safe Passage with Summa, and invest your skill points into defense so that you have 60 def and 75 agility. It's on the tankier side of shaman builds. In terms of damage I'm not really sure there are any better shaman builds with decent defense (by shaman standards). I soloed LI in 14:53 using that build, without any potions. If you can get the equipment, I don't think there are many or any better options which currently exist. You can do great damage at range by spells alone, closer up with melee, or you can combine the two for an insane damage output. Using summa and investing the remaining sp into defense is tankier than using Rune of Safe Passage here btw, I calculated.
