Any Class Help Poison Build

I'm having a hard time picking the most optimal gears since there is usually one outstanding piece compared with others but has impossible req's relative to the rest of the gear.

Can anyone share a build with as much poison as possible but also with req's met?

The weapon does not matter since there are plenty of high poison weapons for every class. Thanks.
