Walk speed build are irrelevant, and if someone would have wanted to have high walk speed they'd just use Warp. Stratiformis' hp stat is very important, and I declare this a non-godly strati, please change your title from click bait.
The bad hp also makes the price lower than what you probably expected.
P. S if you think that the hp doesn't matter and that strati is only being used for walk speed you clearly haven't discovered its combat potential.

 

Dont say that. Hp>ws on strati. Bad hp means worse dmg. Ws isn't the point
