Dwarves And Doguns Iv

I'm on part IV of Dwarves and Doguns. My quest book says "Speak with the King of Rodoroc and the Dogun Chieftain". I'm at the King's throne right now but the Dogun Chieftain isn't here and the King is just repeating the same two lines he did when I spoke to him earlier in the quest. Is this a glitch? I'm not sure what to do from here.

 

How did you reach this area? Did you enter it from the Garaheth boss fight, or some other way?

 

I got to the stage of the quest where it said to escape Garaheth or something so I went back through the portal then got teleported back to Rocorock and my quest book was updated to find the king. I just went the same way to find him that you do earlier in the quest.

 

So you entered through the sewers?

I see. Can you try entering the portal to Garaheth again?

 

Yes, I want to try that when I get back on. Hopefully I can just go back through the portal and it'll work because it would be annoying to have to do the whole boss fight again.

Yes! That worked. I watched a tutorial of the quest to see what was supposed to happen and I guess you're just supposed to go right to the king once you go back through the portal. I guess it just glitched for me then? I went straight back to Rodorock so I'm not sure what happened.
