    It's allowed I think...but is that a troll? When someone would follow me I would chat with him or ignore it... so why?

    ..yes? Not sure why you’d want to do that, though. Being an annoyance to other players by stalking them is discouraged.

    Scariest thing I can imagine from a stalker would be following a player new to the game, and possibly hiding out of the player's sight, then use Pandemonium's Madness Major ID to summon random spells every 3 seconds to scare them

    Following someone is allowed. But depending on how you're trolling them it can also be considered harassment and that however is not allowed.

    Rules never say its not allowed but if it really bothers you /class and poof you're gone. Come back to that class 10 minutes later and the stalker has lost interest and is probably doing something else. If he is harassing you in chat I reckon thats breaking a rule but if he's silently following you I reckon its fine.
