Arido's Failsafe

So i was doing the quest Lost Soles and was a bit afk on Mansion's roof at:

X:-905 , Y: 70, Z:-740
looking at the Wiki to help me go through the quest when a Zombie just literally spawned on the roof and started to kill me... It was quit unexpected.

After killing it. It dropped an Untradeable item named "Arido's Failsafe"

I went on google to check what it was for, and only 1 result popped, a Korean site that linked to a video of someone doing the quest "Out of Mind" *Now called Out of my Mind.

The player was playing on Minecraft 1.7.4 and his F3 screen was shown so i could track down his coords, which match almost perfectly the coords of where the zombie spawned on me.

I also want to point out that i tried to stay there for an very extra long period of time and it did not respawn, so chance of finding it is extremely slim.

Please to any staff/devlopper do not remove it.
It's pretty much a pointless mob and to be honest, a funny easter egg that was unintentionally left behind.

 

Then they remove it in next patch

 

I think that the quest Out Of My Mind was reworked in 1.16, it had a scene with the puzzle in it

 

Yes it has been. In the Wiki it's saying it has been rework with this update. But the Lost Soles has been at the same place for much more longer ago than that. So i believe this quest must have been rework twice.
