Monthly Crate Not Going Through

I tried to get my monthly crate from the store but it didn't show up on my account. I put in my username and everything and it didn't work. I tried multiple times and every time it didn't go through. I've done it before and this never happened. Is it just a bug or did I do something wrong?

 

You've probably claimed the crate already this month.

 

If I had already gotten it this month it wouldn't have brought me to the page where I had to put in my username but it did. Usually if I had already claimed it would've just left me on the home page but that's not what happened.
