Buying Crappy Hero, Upgrading Idol And A Couple Other Things

I'm looking for a hero that's not very good and therefore really cheap. I'm not looking to spend all that much on it so leave me your offer if you have one. And yes that means I give absolutely zero shit about ids so do your worst :))

Also i'm looking for a godly Torrential tide. I mainly care about spell damage and water damage (current is 30% and 438 raw) but I'll also pay extra for the other ids being good as well.

I'm also looking for Plasteel Platings and Obelisk cores. 16eb each for either or counter offer.

I need a godly conference call as well. High ls, high damages, 2/4 or 3/4 ms.

I'm looking to upgrade this Idol and would very very much prefer trading mine+raw le. As for stats to be upgraded I care most about raw spell (I want higher) and -leap cost (ideally 11+). Also needs to be 2/4 or better.
