Can You Transfer A Rank?

I have recently lost my account by the name of Magnus_F_H for currently unknown reasons...
I have attempted to contact mojang but ended out just buying a new account under the name: TheRealSquidMan

Under my old account i had bought VIP+ not only that but i still had alot of xp, skill, and dungeon bombs in my bomb inventory

So here is the question again:
Is it possible to transfer my old stats including inventory?
Or.
Is a rank transfer possible
