    - having a pull spell
    -pulling me into fire
    -charge spell spamming
    -nuking Detlas
    -being in the tutorial
    -existing
    (OK but I like him better than Aledar)

    Please do not make assumptions. You are very much so assuming Tasim's war crimes. It is not the fact that he has committed them, yet the fact that they are actually illegal, you can not prove. As far as I know, there is no written law in the world of Wynn. This would mean that any and all war crimes are, in theory, allowed. In fact, there's no actual overall government. Nearly every single city is controlled by an army. This, of course, also brings up huge political instabilities. But, the main thing I am trying to say is, there appears to be no actual law to say Tasim preformed war crimes or not.
