    You could already get 96lb on a food this isn't really that much better tbh, plus the 96 one lasts like nearly 4x longer

    Rare Potato's identification range is 4 to 10, which means it's possible to to get max rolls and get 96, but also possible to receive a low roll such as 36 (can't be bothered to find the actual minimum), and due to the massive range (7 different values per Potato), the luck you need to get a good roll becomes exponentially high.

    So while you CAN get 96 loot bonus on Cooking with Rare Potato, in practice you're probably not.
