Stuck... Nautrally

So my computer blue screened while I was in CUR but before that happened I lagged out and died. Now im in hardcore mode so I lost a few items (no item refund I know, not what im asking). Anyway, once I got back in I found my self in the floor... I don't know where (well I mean it should be at CUR) and I have been unable to get out, now I know the normally suggestion is to /kill to get out but since Im in hc mode I'd really rather not /kill bc I have some good xp gear on me I don't want to lose. So in summery, anyway I can get unstuck without /killing?

 

If you spam /class repeatedly you should be able to get out of the ground because when you do /class and then select a character it puts you a block above where you were before, so doing it multiple times should get you out of the ground. Depending on where you are it might take quite a few tries though.
