Whats The Best Class For Playing Solo?

It's all in title. I'm a new player and was wondering about the community's opinions

Would be helpful if you were able to provide tips as well :D

 

Mage.

Mage’s spells are perfect for soloing stuff:

Heal lets you make mistakes, allows you to take a lot of damage, and you don’t have to use potions.
Teleport is instant escape from trouble that also stuns enemies at higher grades.
Meteor is heavy, predictable AOE damage.
Ice snake can be used to stun fast-moving enemies long enough for meteor to hit them.

All the spells combo well with each other, and mage is also very easy to pick up and learn. Mage’s only real downsides are that it’s not the most tanky class and it’s damage is very low compared to other classes, but you can get past those issues pretty easily.

And if you ever get in a party, mage is absurd in parties. Since you heal everyone and stun enemies while still having a heavy-hitting spell, you can work really well. Seeing as you intend to play solo, you probably won’t be in a party, but sometimes you might enter one to defeat a tough boss or dungeon.

Edit: There are actually five classes but you only put four on the poll, but seeing as shaman is super hard for first-time players, it wasn’t really even an option.

 

Mage is definitely the best class for a new player. It can be a bit difficult going into the first two dungeons since you dont have your first damage spell but mage has some cool abilities. It can heal itself (you need no potions), it has one of the best movement spells (teleport) and has a bit of defense (not like archer) and has some range when damaging mobs. I would recommend it.
If you dont like mage you should definitely take assasin (some dmg, defense, some nice spells...) but mage is better
