    Firstly this is from personal experience of beating Eldritch Outlook, there are other ways besides mine to beat the dungeon.

    I used the Full Morph Set and Infused Hive Wand with 3 Tier VI thunder powder + 2 Tier VI water powder (I don't have a better weapon)

    I definitely recommend doing the dungeon with a 3+ person party.
