Archer/Hunter Plz Help Me With My Gale's Force Build

I need help improving this build so that I'm less of a glass cannon or maybe get more mana regen.

FYI, I'm only lvl 95, have no mythics, nor the emeralds to buy any mythics, have only one fabled armor (Blind Thrust), no Nighthawk (Too expensive), and no Gigabyte/Megabyte/legendary island/hive armors, I don't feel like grinding for those.

I hope these restrictions aren't too demanding. And if they are, tell me which Dungeon, Long Quest or mythics or items beyond my level could help me.
