Elemental Exercise Quest - Stuck

Hello there,

I'm currently stuck in the quest Elemental Exercise.
When I played the quest I came in an cave that collapsed and got the task to exit the cave on a different way.
Somehow I died in the fire and respawned in Ragni and walked back to the quest where I found out I couldn't enter the cave anymore.
My current task of the quest is:
"Find another way out of the cave"

I've been looking for methods to reset the quest but can't find anything.

Is there anything to reset the quest or fix this problem because I would like to complete the quest to use certain items.

 

After 1 day and no response I tried using the Scorched roots from the enemy in the cage but the quest npc wanted me to enter the cave that doesn't want to open anymore

You don’t actually end up needing the 10 Scorched Roots, as when you go through the cave, all you have to do is leave and then talk back to Ragon... could you send a screenshot of not being able to walk into the cave by killing the root at the entrance with the fire wand?

 

No because I'm stuck now on the craftmas chaos island without a way back.

What? Are you stuck on elemental exercise or not?

 

At the elemental exercise quest, I can't continue anymore because I can't enter even if I kill the roots that are at the entrance. Currently I can't create any screenshots from the cave because I'm stuck in an other quests island

But I'm not sure that I've had fire on my weapon when I killed the root so I'll give an update when I've tried that after I find out how to leave Craftmas Chaos quest island.

 

Erm, that link isn’t working for me, and what stage of Craftmas Chaos are you stuck in?
