This is one of the many ways of forming your 9 item combination in Wynncraft. You accomplish this type of caste construction by borrowing power from all the elements; Earth, Thunder, Water, Fire & Air. Doing so will grant you maximum prowess in the area of damage output while not neglecting defense, complete with most excellent spell and melee potential. Many refer to this style of constructions as "Rainbow" given its many a colours. I, however, prefer to call this beauty by its true name: Penta-elemental building. For its overwhelming power, it's looked down upon and even considered a forbidden art. As a master of Wynncraft builds, I can assure you that Penta-elemental slappery is the only good way of building.

Looked at the link and the leggings is supposed to be "Hephaestus-Forged Greaves" .

But, I believe they got converted to boots (Hephaestus-Forged Sabatons).
