Media Hive Items And Mythics Vanishing

    It's because they were on the pouch slot, I had the Talking Mushroom in it.

    If you read the whole thread you will realize those who lost an item was caused by the change of Reqs for some item, for some reason, even if you had free space in your inventory, the item poofed out of existence if you didn't meet the new Reqs (Warchief, you will always be in my heart).

    I just saw a "it's not our fault, we thought we fixed it but it turns out we didn't"

    You forgot the "So we will ignore you and not even tell you if you if there is a possibility or not to get the items back." part.

    Just a little FYI complaining won’t make the situation better. Unfortunately, you won’t get your mythic back. I understand how this feels because I lost my 100% spell dmg Pure before reroll came out. It was my first and only mythic and I lost it to a bug that came out years ago. However, staff fixed the bug, but did my mythic did not get replaced. As butthurt as I was at first, I realized that there was no reason for me to get it back due to the no refund policy. In the end, just take the little comfort that the bug is gone for now and it won’t affect anyone else.

    Nah but you see some people's hive items are also gone, which means they can't use any of the respective floor's items, which is a pretty big problem for a lot of people as hive items are commonly used. They didn't even get another voucher or smth from what I can tell which is a bit stupid... Whatever

    I don't think anyone here is really complaining, we are just keeping this thread alive hoping for one day we get a clear message from staff about what happened and that we won't get our items back. As of right now they are just ignoring this or giving generic answers, probably hoping that this thread will get lost.

    What I am actually mad about is not the items lost, is about that yet again this update was rushed... and you can clearly see it by the fact that they didn't even bother to fully test if this bug was actually fixed before releasing the update live. If my account has the bug, and I reported it, the least you can do after deploying a fix is checking if the bug is actually fixed for my account.... with a quick check they could've prevented all this.

    I really had high hopes for this update.... when I saw the changelog, the part that most got me were the Quality of Life improvements.... seeing those for me meant that for this update they didn't just think about "adding new content", they also decided to invest time into improving the game itself.
    Easy to say that my hopes shattered where I logged in to find that the critical bug I reported during beta was ignored/not fixed....

    My posts was about people complaining about the mythics not the hive items. That I totally understand.
    I get saying that you want your items back but this is a little excessive it to me it seemed as though you two were complaining. Sorry if I didn’t get the point

    False hope

    Not the same bug that is totally the same bug.

    As Dukio said, his report was ignored.

    Again, the question was completly avoided.

    (I'm not going to point out every messages that were ignored even tho a GM or Mod answered later in the thread)

    So, yes, even tho I know my item won't come back, I'm pissed that they gave us hope, that they partially lied to us, and that they ignored us after what they said. I just want to see a "Sorry guys for the time we took to answer, sadly we can't give your items back as we don't have the ressources to find what is true or not and are very sorry to have given you hope." instead of a "Maybe you get your item back, the bug may be our fault, don't know. Yup."

    And before any war start, I have nothing against Selvut, the fact that there are mostly quotes about him is because he's the only one that took time to answer. And even if a lot of what he said seems unclear to me, I thank him for at least answering to some messages.
