when are you ever gonna use melee timerift?

I tried to build heavy melee timerift once (You can hit inbetween the 2s superslow attack speed with sorcery since melee hits count as spells with 0 mana cost) but it is almost not possible at all since the int. req is so high that you wont be able to get lots of melee dmg.

I dont see why you would melee timerift. I dont think mana steal matters.

 

I never said that someone is gonna make or use a melee build but some people find -MS to be inconveniet even when using a spell build especially when trying to build up powder special

 

But why

If you want to have mana steal then dont use timerift
