fairly new to this whole builds thing, but i just discovered tierstacking and had to make an idiotic build

it might actually be usable!

Congratulations on discovering tierstacking. It would have definitely been a novel development about 4 years ago, but it's quite meta right now, being basically the second-oldest build type.
