Unable To Finish Redbeard's Booty?

I just started playing again recently on my lvl 94 archer and I was in the middle of the quest Redbeards Booty when I returned, I got the 2nd map and it asked me to return to Marston with both maps and talk to him, I have both maps and the key in my inventory but he just says "Do ye remember where to go?" and "No? The crew be loiterin' at Pirate Cover. I'll be along soon, don't ye worry!". I'm at the correct location according to the quest guide, i'm not sure why the quest wont finish, am I missing something?

 

Maybe you can try to glitch the maps out of your inventory, than use /fixquests the get a new map (and some random questitems just get rid of them too), I hopt this works I am not sure at all tho ;-;
