This is actually a Nepta Floodbringer build but it kind of works with Torrential Tide.

Sorcery: Spells may cast a second time ar no additional cost.
25k Arrow Storms
10k Bombs
If you can get use to the bugginess of Sorcery, this build is much more powerful than the other one.
