Do You Think Which Is The Best And The Worst Ost In Wynncraft

For me, the best should be the one played on Llievgar City(I am unsure if it is spelt correctly), quite a strong similarity with the style of the city, being so rich that is built with quartz
The worst should be Roots of Corruption. Subjectively not comforted, no said to be very bad, but relatively when compared to other BGM

 

It's a tough one, but I really like Mirage of Dust, or Sand-Swept Tomb for you uncultured folks. A-U-T-O-M-A-T-I-O-N recently grew on me a lot, so I'm adding this in as a tied favorite.

As for the worst, I can't really decide definitely, but probably Aimless Paths. Not because it's a bad song, it's actually pretty good, but I just get so fucking sick of it after hours spent in the godforsaken Canyon of the Lost doing all the quests and stuff. Makes me sad that some really small areas like Lexdale get such good songs, only for you to hear it maybe once for a few minutes at most, then to hear the same tune over and over and over again later on... Ugh.

 

Epic Wynn/Stormy seas. They are both beautiful songs.
Frozen waltz. It's not a terrible song, but it just really doesn't fit the mood.

 

best song: either “black road nostalgia” or “frozen waltz.” both are great to listen to, and i believe that frozen waltz is the only song not in a 4/4 signature besides silent expanse songs.

worst song: none of them so far. they’re all really good. my highest character is only level 64 atm so maybe my love of the soundtrack will decline. idk though

take that back. :(

 

It's completely okay. Each to his own. Like I said before, it's a good song, but it just doesn't fit the mood for ToA area. With those ice block flingers and such, always attacking you every few seconds.

Honestly, they're all really good. But, only a few I think are the best, which are Sun-Stained Stones (Mesa Canyons), Stormy Seas (Ocean), The Legend Begins (Jungle) and (obviously) Unfamiliar Lands (Nemract Swamp). They're just soooo good <3

 

Genesis of the End has a sick orchestral remake and sounds great in general, and on the topic of the edgy songs then Forlorn Halls is also up there. Stormy seas is also really good, and I do like Elkurn's music too. For nostalgia, Epic Wynn is also up there. Tale of the Century is great as well. As for bad music, there aren't many, but Frozen waltz is definitely one of them. It really doesn't quite fit in my opinion.

 

Best song: Epic Wynn. Perfectly describes the despair that the Corruption brings and the strangeness of the new lands.
Worst song: Stirring the Sands. It's boring, and I guess it does fit the Desert better than Travelling at Dusk, but it's not nearly as fun or memorable or adventurous.

 

While i wouldn't say it's my favorite, I love the way Last Hope weaves various themes together to tells a story. There are too many incredible songs of different varieties for me to choose a definitive favorite.
As for worst, I have to agree with Captain Flavio about Aimless Paths.

 

I really love Genesis of the End. Absolute masterpiece.

As for the worst song? Heartbeat lol its literally 2 beats and plays on loop before the EO boss. Oh the amount of time I've had to hear that one waiting for people to finish the EO parkour.

As for actual songs I don't have a real least favorite. I really like all of them.

 

Stormy Seas and Genesis of the End are some of my favorite.

The Realm of light theme becomes a bit irritating after about 40 minutes of mindlessly roaming the realm of light looking for orphion’s seal

 

the eldritch outlook song contains a high amount of vibes i luve it

 

I like Remmants of past (Time Valley) and The great run (The Great Bridge)

 

Hands down, A day to remember sounds sick. That Llevigar plains song I can’t remember is good too.

I don’t hate any of the songs, they’re all good

 

The songs in Troms because I listen to them a lot because I lootrun there.

 

Are you telling me No Man's Land is bad? I'm sorry I can't take that response seriously

My favorite would be probably be Tanged In Endless Roots, it has a very different tone from other SE songs, it's a spooky bop of some sort

While the worst would probably be the Last Stand, seems rather generic for my taste

 

Best is genesis of the end, worst is the corrupted dungeon theme
