Can't Create An Appeal

so i just logged back into wynn after a long time being away and apparently im permanently muted so i cant say anything in chat, message anyone, or reply to messages. now when it told me to appeal and gave me a link, i clicked on it and tried to create an appeal. so i try to create an appeal but you can only create an appeal for permanent bans, but mines only a permamute. anyone know how to fix this?
