Any Class Help The Watched Build

This relik seems quite neat and I intend to use it on my skyseer as a godly cryo is really hard to find.
However I'm not quite sure what exactly the builds are supposed to look like. Currently here is my attempt:

Anyone able to upgrade this? or create a less tanky higher damage variant that is still good?

strange build with a load of leftover skillpoints
Also use two pieces of leather armor as a lv103 endgame player!

Kinda lacking in mana, tempted to switch out ornate/boots for some more mana

if you throw them all into defense it probably ends up being pretty tanky while still having good overall (as long as you're holding the +5khp relik)

The last build in there is even more damage-y at the cost of not having as much defense skp

 

BM Rainbow Sanc because you can, is my recommendation.
