Armouring Need Help With +hpr% And +fire Damage% Helmet

I want to make a helmet with high +hpr% and +fire damage% but I don't have any experience with crafting
specific items. Which ingredients should I use to get the most out of these two ID's. Also I want to use 3
star Dernic materials for this, but I'm not high level enough for this. If someone could craft the helm for
me, I could provide the materials and ingredients, I'd be grateful.

unicorn horn variant
the 1st can probably be optimised for more dura but I don't wanna bother with that.
