any class, any playstyle. needs to include Revenant, anything goes otherwise.

and another apology for this, the amount of sp impossible builds ive made has sharply increased with the hive changes, as wynndata consistently fucks up with negative skill points
you could use silver solar or royal blazing

rewind -> nirvana and one old keeper's -> hydro for sp

numbers dropped just a bit but now you have -2 storm cost which you can abuse while resetting mana exhaustion from other spells, or just spam storms like hell

nice concept with clean execution. for some nitpicks, you could use a hydro necklace and then memento or capri for extra damage/survivability through agi sp

or you could get the two-in-one package and use phoenix wing for nice heals and damage without switching wands. it just about loses to the other wands in their own specializations but still competes with both, making it a kind of a jack-of-both-trades option, where you can have heals running while dealing damage

revenant... uhh, dune storm melee? hero hybrid,,? idk man revenant really doesnt spark joy in me, which is strange for an EA item

gaia slayer has quite a high iq, as natural mana regen allows you to cast some meteors and snakes
heres a hadal build i made for a previous req. unfortunately, it does not include a mythic boot as you wished
resurgence i just cant see a use for unless you want to be a full tank lol

Preference: general build that can do most contents.
Restrictions: no diamond LI accessories. ornates(other fableds still allowed), mythics except gaia.
Class: mage.
If its viable, can i have a spell gaia as well?

keep in mind vanish adds damage to everything you deal while vanished, not just the hit you cancel your vanish with. to maximize damage, i'd recommend trying to follow this kinda spell cycles:
approach with vanish on. spin for a stun. throw smoke bomb, cast multihit and vanish while trying to land the mob in your smoke's range. you can try fit melee whacks after your spin for extra mana (a full cycle costs 7 mana, but being vanished will most likely usually mess with your mana regen)
